A Prayer When You’re Feeling Overwhelmed 🌿

Dear Lord,

Everything feels like too much right now.

There are responsibilities demanding my attention, decisions waiting to be made, and concerns I keep carrying from one day to the next. My mind feels crowded and my heart feels tired.

Help me remember that I do not have to carry every burden by myself. You never asked me to hold the weight of the world on my shoulders. Teach me to release what I cannot control and trust You with the things that are beyond my understanding.

Give me wisdom for what needs my attention today and peace about what can wait until tomorrow. Quiet the pressure to do everything perfectly. Help me focus on the next faithful step instead of trying to solve every problem at once.

When I feel weak, remind me that Your strength is made perfect in weakness. When I feel scattered, draw my attention back to Your presence.

Thank You for being my refuge, my help, and my source of rest. Today I place my worries, responsibilities, and unanswered questions into Your hands.

In Jesus’ name,

Amen.
